Nassau Diving Team is open to members (Ages 5-18).
Our team, the Lemmings, has a mix of experienced and novice divers, and the emphasis is on fun and being part of the team. Come join the fun!

2022 Preseason
Dates: June 13, 15, 17, 20
Dive team practices: 3:30-5:30pm
Regular season:
Dates: June 21 - July 28
Dive team practices: 12-2PM M-T-W-Th
REQUIREMENTS:
Team Members are required to have completed the deep-end test.
No previous experience is needed to join the team.
COST:
Member
The cost of dive team for a Member Family is $200 per participant. There is a $25 discount for additional divers. Dive team participants need to be Nassau Swim Club members.

2 children = $375
3 children = $550
Non-Family/Team Only
The cost of dive team for Members that are not part of a Family membership is $400 per participant. There is a $25 discount for additional divers. Pool Access only during team practice and meets.
