Nassau Diving Team is open to members (Ages 5-18).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the dive team program has been cancelled for the 2020 season. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our team, the Lemmings, has a mix of experienced and novice divers, and the emphasis is on fun and being part of the team. Come join the fun!

2020 Practice Schedule
June 1 - June 19
Monday to Thursday: 4:00pm - 5:30pm
June 22 - July 24
Mondays/Wednesdays: 3:30pm - 5:30pm (our meets directly follow practices on M/Ws)
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 11:15am - 12:30pm
REQUIREMENTS: Team Members are required to have completed the deep-end test. No previous experience is needed to join the team.
COST: The cost of swim team is $200 per participant. There is a $25 discount for additional divers. Dive team participants need to be Nassau Swim Club members.
